With the latest generation machinery and a multidisciplinary team of Avionics Services develops and manufactures equipment and avionics system (Own brand) to the market of civil and military aviation. All processes necessary for the manufacturing of their products are made by the company, eliminating the participation of third parties, and they all go through tests conducted by INPE (National Institute for Space Research), and comply with the requirements of DO-160 of RTCA.
The company also makes kits for installation of its equipment, ensuring full compatibility and speed up the installation, maintenance or reconfiguration of the product. The production line counts with some exclusive machines on Brazil (for the aviation industry), as the equipment for assembly and disassembly of surface SMD components which reduces the cost and weight of equipment. It also has a machine for recording the codes printed on the wireless laser, which does not deform and not corrupt the material.
